The way our industry is being affected by the economy; we need to make the best of what is good in our market now. Our office does mostly rentals and property management. The customer pickings have been thin; but the inventory has been abundant. We've tried to educate the property owners of the market conditions and this has been easy. They are reacting much faster then in past years. I've noticed this in the sales market also, so we need to emphasize this on first contact. 

    I think inventory will continue to increase over the next season: rentals and sales will increase thru October so take advantage of the immediate market because I don't see prices coming back too soon.
